1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Luxer Tailor website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Services
Luxer Tailor provides bespoke tailoring services including but not limited to:
- Custom suit and garment stitching
- Alterations and modifications
- Design consultation services
- Fabric selection assistance
- Fitting services
3. Booking and Appointments
Appointment Scheduling: Customers can book appointments through our website or by contacting us directly.
Confirmation: Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost may be charged.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including online transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments.
Advance Payment: An advance payment or deposit may be required to confirm your order. The deposit amount will be specified during booking.
Final Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes.
5. Customization and Alterations
Custom Orders: Custom-made garments cannot be canceled or refunded once work has commenced, as materials are purchased and labor begins.
Fit Adjustments: We provide up to 2 free fitting sessions for custom garments. Additional fittings may incur charges.
Alterations: Alterations to custom garments may be charged based on complexity and labor involved.
6. Refunds and Returns
Custom Garments: Custom-made garments cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or the garment does not meet specified requirements.
Defects: If a garment has a defect in workmanship or material, we will repair or remake it at no additional cost.
Return Window: Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Delivery and Timeline
Estimated Timelines: Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Complex custom orders may require additional time.
Rush Services: Rush delivery services are available at additional charges. Rush fees will be communicated separately.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luxer Tailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including designs, photographs, text, and logos, are the property of Luxer Tailor or our content providers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to hack, hack, or compromise website security
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
11. Measurements and Sizing
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Garments are tailored based on provided measurements. Inaccurate measurements may result in garments that do not fit properly. We recommend professional measurement services for accurate results.
12. Fabric and Materials
Material Selection: We assist in fabric selection, but customers are responsible for final fabric choice.
Availability: Some fabrics may not be available. Alternative options will be suggested if requested fabrics are unavailable.
Fabric Quality: We source quality fabrics from reputable suppliers, but we are not responsible for inherent fabric defects.
13. Termination of Services
Luxer Tailor reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if a customer engages in abusive behavior, makes unreasonable demands, or violates these terms and conditions.
14. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our privacy practices.
15. Modifications to Terms
Luxer Tailor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
